Terms of Service for the Use of the Joe DiDonato Family Legacy AI Agent

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Joe DiDonato Family Legacy AI Agent ("Joe DiDonato"), developed by ESource Corp and ESource AI University, in collaboration with Joe DiDonato.
By accessing or using this AI Agent, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use this service.
2. Purpose and Scope
The Joe DiDonato Family Legacy AI Agent is provided for demonstration and educational purposes only.
It is designed to showcase conversational AI technologies and simulate historical or legacy-style dialogue.
The AI Agent may also include a “brainstorming mode” for creative discussions, but all outputs—whether factual, reflective, or creative—are for illustrative purposes only and should not be considered accurate, verified, or authoritative.
This AI Agent does not provide professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to mental health, medical, financial, legal, or educational guidance.
3. User Eligibility and Responsibilities
Users must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian.
Users agree to use the AI Agent responsibly and not submit any illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
Users acknowledge that their interactions may be logged for improvement or research purposes, in compliance with applicable data privacy laws.
Users agree that the AI Agent’s responses are not guaranteed to be accurate and should never be relied upon for making decisions.
4. Intellectual Property
All content generated by the Joe DiDonato Family Legacy AI Agent, including but not limited to text, prompts, summaries, and sample dialogues, is the intellectual property of ESource Corp, ESource AI University, and their affiliates.
Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without written permission.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Joe DiDonato Family Legacy AI Agent is provided “as is” and for demonstration use only.
ESource Corp, ESource AI University, and Joe DiDonato make no warranties or representations—express or implied—regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any output generated.
Users understand and agree that:
The AI’s statements, opinions, or ideas may be fictional, speculative, or incorrect.
No guarantee is made that the information reflects real events, people, or facts.
Users assume full responsibility for how they interpret or act upon any output.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ESource Corp and its affiliates disclaim all liability for damages arising from the use or misuse of the AI Agent, including but not limited to personal loss, emotional distress, or financial harm.
6. Errors, Omissions, and Accuracy
The AI Agent may produce inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information.
ESource Corp and its partners disclaim responsibility for any errors or omissions.
Users are strongly advised to verify all statements independently and treat all content as non-factual and non-authoritative.
7. Privacy and Data Use
Limited data may be collected during use to improve system performance.
No personally identifiable information is stored without explicit user consent.
By using the AI Agent, users agree to this limited and lawful data collection as outlined in applicable privacy policies.
8. Modifications and Termination
ESource Corp reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the AI Agent following updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
ESource Corp may also suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the system.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the AI Agent shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Georgia, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Each party shall bear its own legal fees unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
