These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the George AI Agent ("George"), developed in collaboration by ESource AI University, ESource Corp, George Pitagorsky, and Self-Aware Living. By accessing or using George, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this service.

1. Scope of Service

George is an AI-powered wellness assistant designed to provide information, self-guided exercises, and mindfulness-related prompts. It is not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, legal, or financial advice. All guidance provided by George is intended for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon in lieu of consultation with qualified professionals.

2. User Eligibility and Responsibilities

Users must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. Users agree to use George responsibly and refrain from inputting offensive, illegal, or harmful content. Users acknowledge that their interactions with George may be logged for improvement purposes, in accordance with applicable data privacy laws.

3. Intellectual Property

All content provided by George, including but not limited to prompts, guidance, summaries, and recommendations, is the intellectual property of ESource Corp, George Pitagorsky, Self-Aware Living, and their affiliates. Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of content is prohibited.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

George is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. ESource Corp, ESource AI University, George Pitagorsky, and Self-Aware Living make no guarantees as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided. Users agree that they assume full responsibility for their actions based on any guidance received.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, these parties disclaim all liability for any damages, including but not limited to personal injury, lost profits, or business interruption, resulting from the use or inability to use George.

5. Errors and Omissions

While efforts are made to maintain the quality and accuracy of content, George may occasionally generate incomplete, outdated, or incorrect information. ESource Corp, ESource AI University, George Pitagorsky, and Self-Aware Living disclaim responsibility for any such errors or omissions and recommend that users verify critical information with appropriate professionals.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Georgia, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own legal fees unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.
