Add any other cost: one-time (for example a persona build) or monthly (for example a developer retainer). Name a project to charge it to that project, or leave Project blank to share it across all projects that year. A monthly cost longer than 12 months carries into the next year.

Implementation is charged once, in the first year each tool is used. Platform fees and support are charged once a year for each tool that is in use, however many launches share it. All authors work on one shared knowledge base at no extra charge. A separate private knowledge base is priced on request.
These are planning estimates, not a quote. Your final price is set in a Statement of Work.
Rows with the same project name in the same year are one project. Direct costs belong to one project. Shared costs are split each year by the rule you pick.
